- A process director will work with you and your presenters to identify the right moments for presentation, interactivity, and collaboration. You’ll receive a customized activity flow that clearly infuses interactivity and collaboration throughout your agenda. The process director will translate these outcomes for implementation on the agreed upon platforms.
- Our executive producer will pull all the logistical details of your initiative together in a comprehensive content flow with all specifics clearly laid out. The executive producer will then help you coordinate all of these details onsite in conjunction with our team
Onsite
- We work with you to design the look and feel of post-meeting reports. You’ll receive onsite reports culled from the information received during your meeting.
- Our programming department will provide the data to the consulting ops department, who will analyze it and create a detailed summary of the meeting
Post-Event
- It doesn’t matter how good the results are if no one knows about them. One of our primary post-meeting objectives is to help you prove the business impact of your initiatives. Our detailed summary document is designed to be easily included in future presentations to Senior Management and other key internal stakeholders.
