Heather Charest joined the U-Team as the Director of Process Development in September. She brings a wealth of know-how and experience to the UNISON interactive meetings business with her extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and instructional design as well as in the measurement and evaluation of the effectiveness of large training initiatives conducted by companies in the pharmaceutical industry. Heather has also been instrumental in supporting pharmaceutical companies in identifying the core behaviors required for success as a sales representative, and in designing training and management programs to support employee and leadership development in the pharmaceutical industry. Heather earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Since graduating from college, she worked for The Hay Group and Sepracor Pharmaceuticals.
