Carl has just joined the U-Team in October as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Carl brings to the U-Team over 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has held a variety of different roles, including Senior Regional Director and Director of Sales Training and Development. Carl’s core strengths lie in building and leading highly effective training and development teams, and serving in multiple product launch marketing roles.

Carl joins UNISON from Sepracor, Inc where he was responsible for the training and preparation of over 1200 sales representatives for the launch of Lunesta, which became one of the top five most successfully launched products in the history of pharmaceutical launches. This milestone significantly contributed to over 1 billion dollars in combined product sales for Sepracor, which elevated the organization to profitability for the first time.

He has also worked with other organizations such as; Abbott Laboratories, Glaxo Wellcome, GlaxoSmithKline and has participated in the launch of 15 novel pharmaceutical products, many of which have been “blockbuster” brands and extend over 9 therapeutic areas.   

Carl is a graduate of Ohio University and he also served in the military for 10 years. He is married and the father of four.
