Training and Development – Crucial to Sales
The training and development (T&D) process has become a crucial part
of drug launch meetings and a major driving force for generating more sales
income. What’s more, in this era of 24/7, T&D designers in all industries
are being tasked to develop selling skills programs and assessments that
prepare their sales forces to “hit the ground running” within hours of the
close of the training session. But, collecting test data, examining that
data and grading may take days, weeks and some times months after the training
event.
Introducting U-Learn
U-Learn
is a training accelerator and process that tests and certifies
an unlimited number of participants generating real
time computations of assessments, certifications
and competitions in a "live" group environment.
UNISON’s software engineers
developed U-Learn for
several major prescription drug launches where a total of
more than 6,600 sales representatives had to be tested and
certified in strict selling guidelines mandated by US federal
regulators. UNISON “passed” with flying colors
processing, tracking, computing and archiving test scores
of the sales representatives by table, by room and by regional
teams. (See U-Stats.)
