A function that streamlines assessment and certification of an unlimited number of participants in real time.
U•LEARN
U-Learn is a training accelerator and process that tests and certifies an unlimited number of participants generating real time computations of assessments, certifications and competitions in a "live" group environment.


A way for the audience to come to consensus or brainstorm answers to specific questions posed from the podium. U•THINK allows your audience to “break out” without ever leaving the meeting room.
U•THINK Brainstorming:
This function allows all tables in the room to discuss a specific question, topic or challenge. This function captures the opinions of each member rather than one consensus answer. Answers can be of any length. Limits can be set on the total number of entries.
U•THINK Consensus Building:
This function allows tables to enter multiple responses to a given question, topic or challenge posed by the presenter and develop a focused table response. Participants may or may not be allowed to view what other tables have entered as their responses. Also, the room may be divided into teams of tables. There is no restriction to the length of answers.
U•THINK Guided Discussions:
Similar to Brainstorming, with this function audience members are asked to enter responses to any number of specific talking points. This given data can be set by the meeting organizers or by a previous session run during the meeting. The limit on the number of entries is set by the amount of given data.
Benefits: A true sense of participation, importance and involvement on the part of meeting participants. UNISON gives organizations the ability to gather the combined knowledge and wisdom from their employees.
What’s more, UNISON provides an effective and useful way to balance meeting methods between didactic presentations and highly interactive participation.

A method of allowing the audience to rank issues and concerns, to find out what’s most important to them.
This function gives each table to opportunity to order or score a list of ideas, ascertains or issues. The scoring aspect of this function can be configured to allow one consensus vote per table or one vote per individual at the table.

A way for the audience to communicate with each other through open discussions and feedback.
This function is set up using the discussion room software and allows for the participants to see every table’s thoughts and ideas, or if desired, only those selected by the meeting organizer.

A method of surveying the audience for feedback before, during and after the event, allowing presenters to shape the meeting to their needs and harvest their critical responses afterwards.
This function can also be used in conjunction with a pre- and post-event survey, which can be located on the company’s Intranet.

A function that allows the audience to score points based on the value of their responses.
It can take on a number of program designs to include ongoing competitions or self-contained “game show” segments.
