| UNISON, the Collaborative Meeting
Experience™, gives you the power to fulfill and exceed
your meeting objectives through its customizable and superior
interactive functions: U•ASK,
U•LEARN, U•THINK, U•SELECT,
U•TALK,
U•TELL
US, U•COMPETE.
|
|
| In addition to these UNISON Functions,
there are Conference
Features such as table numbering to aid with meeting
logistics. The UNISON™ Central
Team manages the meeting communication flow –
receiving, organizing and prioritizing the information. |
 |
 |
| A Q&A function that allows
audience and speaker to communicate even during the course of a given presentation. |
| U•ASK –
QUESTIONS POSED FROM THE AUDIENCE TO PRESENTERS |
|
This module is for running a Question and Answer
session in which single or multiple presenters answer questions
from an audience. You may opt to make the questions visible to
all tables or only to the table making the entry. |
|
Benefits: U•ASK generates questions
from a much larger pool of participants. This is an especially
powerful tool when attendees come from a wide range of native
languages, cultures and/or levels in the organization. |
|
UNISON allows the questions to be split up among
speakers, panel members or segments of the program and gives the
presenters time to think about their responses. |
|
Clients often find rich information in these questions
that help with post-meeting activities. Presenters not only leave
the meeting with a good idea about what is on the attendees’ minds,
but also can refer back to the collected content for post-meeting
follow-up. |
| U•ASK By Topic
– DIRECTED AND CATEGORY-SPECIFIC QUESTIONS POSED FROM AUDIENCE
TO PRESENTERS, SUCH AS MEMBERS OF A PANEL DISCUSSION |
|
The audience member is required to submit questions
via multiple categories. This function can be used for one speaker
or multiple speakers. |
|
Benefits: Questions can be more
focused and combined with tabletop discussion activities. |
|
Post-meeting reports and analysis of answers to
the directed questions can be used to guide future strategies and operations of the firm or company. |
|
 |
 |
| A function that streamlines
assessment and certification of an unlimited number of participants
in real time. |
| U•LEARN– |
|
U-Learn is a training accelerator and process
that tests and certifies an unlimited number of participants
generating real time computations of assessments, certifications
and competitions in a "live" group environment. |
|
 |
 |
| A way for the audience to come
to consensus or brainstorm answers to specific questions posed
from the podium. U•THINK allows your audience to “break out” without
ever leaving the meeting room. |
| U•THINK Brainstorming: |
|
This function allows all tables in the room to
discuss a specific question, topic or challenge. This function
captures the opinions of each member rather than one consensus
answer. Answers can be of any length. Limits can be set on the
total number of entries. |
| U•THINK Consensus Building:
|
|
This function allows tables to enter multiple
responses to a given question, topic or challenge posed by the presenter and develop a focused table
response. Participants may or may not be allowed to view what other tables
have entered as their responses. Also, the room may be divided into teams of tables.
There is no restriction to the length of answers. |
| U•THINK Guided Discussions: |
|
Similar to Brainstorming, with this function audience
members are asked to enter responses to any number of specific talking points. This given
data can be set by the meeting organizers or by a previous session run during the meeting.
The limit on the number of entries is set by the amount of given data. |
|
Benefits: A true sense of participation,
importance and involvement on the part of meeting participants.
UNISON gives organizations the ability to gather the combined
knowledge and wisdom from their employees. |
|
What’s more, UNISON provides an effective
and useful way to balance meeting methods between didactic presentations and highly interactive participation. |
|
 |
 |
| A method of allowing the audience to rank
issues and concerns, to find out what’s most important to them. |
| This function gives each table to opportunity to
order or score a list of ideas, ascertains or issues. The scoring
aspect of this function can be configured to allow one consensus
vote per table or one vote per individual at the table. |
|
 |
 |
| A way for the audience to communicate with each other through open discussions and feedback. |
| This function is set up using the discussion room software and allows for the participants to see
every table’s thoughts and ideas, or if desired, only those selected by the meeting organizer. |
|
 |
 |
| A method of surveying the audience for
feedback before, during and after the event, allowing presenters
to shape the meeting to their needs and harvest their critical
responses afterwards. |
| This function can also be used in conjunction with
a pre- and post-event survey, which can be located on the company’s
Intranet. |
|
 |
 |
| A function that allows the audience to
score points based on the value of their responses. |
| It can take on a number of program designs to include
ongoing competitions or self-contained “game show” segments. |
|
 |
 |
In addition to the U-Functions that
support your presentation and process content, there are numerous
features available with UNISON™ to aid with meeting logistics.
- Table numbering
- Names of participants
- Welcome and housekeeping messages
- Scrolling banners
- Countdown clock
|
|
 |
 |
| All of this on-site interactive communication
is managed by the UNISON™ Central Team, who receive, organize
and prioritize the flow of information, with every bit of the
resulting data collected and made available for your review and
use. |
| Additionally, this data enables you to measure
the effectiveness of your program through customized reports.
You can post these results on your web site following the event. |
