Companies all over the
globe spend billions of dollars every year investing
in technology, infrastructure and networks that allow
their people to effectively communicate and collaborate
on mission critical business. The result has been increased
productivity, acceleration of business development
and growth. These same global businesses collectively
spend billions of dollars on corporate and protocol
meetings every year, yet an estimated 98 percent of
them leave their work tools in the office when bringing
their best and brightest together. UNISON™, a new process
and knowledge management technology, is about to change
the meetings paradigm.
|
| Under development enhancement for three
years, UNISON links everyone in a meeting room
via a local area network (LAN) using proprietary UNISON
software, a CPU, LCD screens and keyboard at each table.
UNISON increases audience participation and provides
a two-way conduit for collecting information and sharing
knowledge instantaneously. It is a collaborative, interactive
tool that promotes action and helps users achieve desired
outcomes. |
| UNISON is not a new technology in beta
testing. UNISON has been used successfully by large global
financial services, consulting and pharmaceutical companies,
who have now made UNISON an integral part of their meeting
strategies in more than 20 meetings. UNISON version 4.0
has expanded functionality and is now available for use
in meetings worldwide. |
|
UNISON was born out of a client necessity to get more
mission critical thinking and outcomes from its senior
level people attending global meetings. Moreover, this
had to be accelerated in order to meet a business requirement
from one of this client's customers so it could retain
its global accounting business. |
| UNISON is offered exclusively through
UNISON LLC with offices in New York and London, giving
it the ability to provide UNISON to meetings around the
globe. The functionality, usefulness and successful outcomes
of using UNISON can be attributed in part to the fact
that it was developed specifically for the meetings environment
by experienced professionals who have been producing
and staging large mission-critical corporate meetings
for over 15 years. |
| UNISON has defined a new standard for collaborative
meetings for companies that have used the system. Its
results are both quantitative and qualitative. UNISON
not only adds value and ROI to meetings, it ensures that
real work gets done in real time and that all intellectual
property (data and thinking) is captured and shared. It
empowers participants with the same opportunity to participate
and contribute regardless of their culture, customs, communication
style or personality. UNISON is a meeting tool
that provides a conduit for two-way dialogue, knowledge
sharing and data capture. |
